Did not comply to the T&Cs
In 2021 I bought tickets for the F1 race. I got COVID, in the T&C the tickets are covered and I did all the procedured and received an email in 2021 saying that I would receive the tickets for 2022.
1 month before I tried to contact them, they did not get my tickets, I have not been reinbursed and I have not been contacted again.
Mobility aid around the circuit was a…
Mobility aid around the circuit was a disaster. Staff running around the circuit in buggies while people requiring them were left to make their own way to grandstands.
What no customer service phone line?!
I have purchased tickets for 2022 F1 Grand Prix cost many thousands of pounds and received an email to download my parking passes. It simply does not work and after three email exchanges they are still saying "use the link we sent you or buy more parking". If only I could speak to someone this could be resolved as it is just an IT problem but no, there is no customer services phone. I had similar issue last year. Its time we got some service in return for these very expensive tickets!!!

Like many others on here
Like many others on here, I booked an experience day and I'm still waiting after umteen chasers, the booking system is probably the worst I've ever used and even when you follow the instructions there is no communication or confirmation. How can you run a business like this is beyond me. I will now try getting my money refunded via other means !

Silverstone circuit DOES provide good customer service.
I note all the miserable gripes about Silverstone bad service. My experience this week has been nothing short of exceptional. I booked a ticket for the British Superbike event on Easter Sunday, but, entirely caused by my own incompetence, asked for the wrong grandstand. I am ambulant disabled and would have difficulty making the walk from the disabled car park all the way along to Copse corner. Out of hope more than expectation I asked if I could be transferred back to the Woodcote stand. To my pleasant surprise I received a reply by email from a lovely lady called Nicky saying my ticket had been transferred and even offered me a choice of seats to make it more convenient for me.
Therefore, I have nothing but praise for them.
Absolutely digraceful
After buying a racing experience voucher with Silverstone via Virgin Experiences, I proceeded to attempt to book the experience day with Silverstone. They did not have an online booking system, which is a little bit strange in 2022, but they ask you to email them to book instead - which seemed fine.
So I emailed them. They did not respond after a week. So, I chased them twice over the next 3 weeks before getting a response, and they did not even apologise for the delay. They then proceeded to make me jump through multiple hoops on the worst booking experience I have ever seen. They make you continually check their website until they release dates, and then you have to email them with the date you want. It's ridiculous and it took 3 months and scores of chaser emails to get it sorted! And when I finally got the date booked, something urgent came up for me and I needed to move the date. So, I emailed them a month before the date, asking to move it, and they refused to to do it, saying that I should send someone else in my place. Their service is non-existent and they are trying to take money for a service they have no intention of providing - I would urge anybody thinking of booking anything with them to find a different venue.
I summary they have zero respect for customer and the worst attitude I have ever witnessed.
Absolutely the worst general admission…
Absolutely the worst general admission experience I have had in 50 years of attending uk motorsport events, including F1 both in the uk and numerous races globally.
We visited the museum today and afterwards thought we would attend the BRSCC meeting on the international circuit to round the day off. For your admission fee you get no food options, you can’t even get a coffee in the spectator area, abysmal track viewing around Stowe, Club and Vale, the track is so far away from the Vale spectator area that watching cars on the m40 would be more fun. A boggy horrible spectator area at Vale, no toilets, no grandstands, to be honest no facilities at all. Go to any circuit in the uk and you will have a better experience, in fact Mendips Raceway banger track provides a better experience.
‘Home of British motorsport’ ?! Are you serious?? you should visit some other British circuits and look and learn. Silverstone, a disgraceful dump of a circuit with zeros spectator facilities.
And to top it all you are so arrogant that you don’t have a customer services phone service, absolutely disgraceful.
Hang your heads in shame Silverstone..
THEY MUST HAVE GONE BANKRUPT
THE COMPANY GIVING THE DRIVING EXPERIENCES HAS NOW GONE BANKRUPT !!!
NO COMMUNICATION OPTIONS AVAILABLE
NO EMAIL
NO CONTACT FOR OVER THREE MONTHS
HOPEFULLY SOMEONE SEES THIS FROM THE DRIVING EXPERIENCE DAYS DEPARTMENT OF THE COMPANY AND REACHES OUT
CLEAR TO SEE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE FROM THE MONTAGE OF 1* REVIEWS BELOW
Non existent customer service …
I bought a driving experience voucher and was emailed a month ago to say they’re moving to a new booking system and I would be getting another email with my new voucher code. I’ve heard nothing since. The only reply to my emails or Twitter messages was to say my query has been received. Telephone calls are diverted to a voicemail where you can’t leave a message.
Interactive museum day booking ?
Booked the Interactive Museum for the wrong date & tried unsuccessfully to change the day. No phone number or response to two emails. However, having driven up there to do a face to face they could not have been more helpful and apologetic ! Dodgy phone & computer systems + Covid & no staff to answer thousands of emails BUT new CEO coming on board soon so things should get better & they really could not have been more helpful + full refund, change of date & free coffee ! Great day yesterday with the kids but it did mean an 80 mile round trip to get it sorted ! Fingers crossed !

Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service, it does not exist. Emails do not get responded to and their facebook chat gets ignored!! Purchased a voucher, at the time the dates hadn’t been released but that wasn’t advertised! Now the dates have been released it’s saying my voucher has already been used and I can’t even speak to someone to find out what’s been going on. Feel like Iv wasted £249 which was for a birthday present!!
If I could put 0 stars I would
If I could put 0 stars I would. Booked the interactive museum experience, needed some help. There is no one to speak with and the only phone number is for an external agency who are dealing with all of the complaints Silverstone should be. I have been told this has been fed back to Silverstone and they do not want to talk to anyone. Less arrogance and more customer care please. Awful
Customer service does not exist.
Customer service does not exist at Silverstone. They do not respond to emails and there is no number to call to speak to a PERSON. I have paid £289.00 for a Supercar experience for my husband. The redeem voucher section on the website will not allow me to book a time or date. I have emailed several times to get help with no response. Absolute rubbish. Don't waste your money.
A JOKE OF AN ORGANISATION.
Customer service isn't a joke, as it simply doesn't exist to start with. I have been waiting for more than a month for somebody to contact me about a driving experience. Email seems to be the only way to contact them as there is no phone number. Unbelievable for such an important organisation / event location within the UK.
